Refund policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase from Seismic Industrial Ltd.

Items eligible for return:

•             Unopened, unused product in original packaging and resaleable condition

•             Original receipt, order number, or trade account record required

No restocking fee on eligible returns.

Items NOT eligible for return:

•             Used, opened, or installed product

•             Custom-ordered or special-order items (e.g., tinted paint)

•             Cut-to-length items

•             Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

•             Clearance / final-sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Defective items:

If product arrives defective or is damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to return:

•             Bring the item to our warehouse during business hours (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) at 18812 96 Ave #6, Surrey, BC

•             Or contact us to arrange pickup (delivery fee may apply)

Refund method:

•             Credit card purchases: refunded to original card within 5–10 business days

•             EFT / Net 30 purchases: credited to your account or refunded by EFT within 10 business days

Trade accounts:

Approved trade customers may be eligible for extended return terms or pre-approved exchanges. Contact us to discuss.
