Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Seismic Industrial Ltd. serves Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley from our warehouse in Surrey, BC. We offer in-store pickup and local delivery. We do not ship nationally or internationally.

Pickup (always free)
Pick up your order at our warehouse, 18812 96 Ave #6, Surrey, BC, during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Orders are usually ready within 15–30 minutes. Have your order number ready when you arrive.

Local delivery
We deliver throughout our service area — from North Vancouver in the west to Chilliwack in the east — for a flat fee of $35, calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping; our product pricing is kept as low as possible instead.

Deliveries are dispatched the same or next business day, depending on order time and driver availability.

Squamish, Hope, and surrounding areas
These areas fall outside our standard delivery area. If you're located here, contact us at info@seismicindustrial.com for a custom delivery quote, or choose pickup at checkout.

Outside our service area
We're unable to deliver outside Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. If your address isn't eligible for delivery at checkout, pickup is still available.

Trade and Net 30 accounts
Approved trade customers on Net 30 terms can ship to an address different from their billing address — just enter your delivery address at checkout as usual.
